For the leprechaun.

We're in a vortex

I'm doing my homework without being reminded. And I set up a place at my desk to do homework.

My brother is listening and being kind all the time.

Mamma is listening to music.

Crazy relatives are making sense.

Chess

Along with getting 3rd grade reading homework, I'm learning chess. But who says the knight doesn't capture everyone he jumps over. He's a knight! Lego figures know how to follow the real rules.

Fat lip

The same trick I used to help my front teeth come out didn't work the next time. My side teeth stayed in, and instead I got a fat lip. Face plant fail.

Teenage Iron America Turtle!

School work

Being young is fun. But thinking about being old is pretty cool too. I hope my grandparents are enjoying their hearing aides and canes.

Wow. This shirt used to fit Mamma. She used to be tiny.

M: (sigh)

Guessing jar

Who ate the cookie in the.... Oh, wait, that's a different jar. I came the closest to guessing the number of things in the Guessing Jar at school. So I got to share the things with my friends, and my parents got the reward of filling the guessing jar back up!

It's 60'! Why can't we go sledding?!

Exhaustion

n: I know what you're going to do.
M: What? Fall asleep?
n: No, you're going to collapse on the bed and then fall asleep.
